HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! HORRIBLE!!!! do not rent from here, we rented a 8 seater golf cart for 4 adults and 4 kids from these guys, equipment was running very badly, could barely do 5mph down the street, very unsafe with children aboard, took it back and told them what was going on, there was a young heavy built Hispanic female and a tall slender young Hispanic male working behind the counter at the time, very rude and unprofessional and did not want to help us fix the problem, so my wife and i ask for a refund and they would not give us our money back!!!! So we asked for a manager, and they lied and said he was on the way and we waited for almost two hours and finally when he did show up, it was after they called the police on us because we refused to leave due to the fact of them not wanting to refund us our money!!!! save your self the trouble people and rent from someone else!!!!

NEGATIVE 3 STARS! I was greeted by a female who had great customer service...Half way through the ride the WHEEL CAME OFF! we waited on the side of the road for 20 min with the police, for the MANAGER SLAUH to come and show no concern nor a SIMPLE APOLOGY to me my wife and 3 little girls. He just came looked at the cart and tried to look for the nuts that came off the wheel at 10:00 at night in traffic !!! I asked for my money back because we didn’t pay for a ride to have the wheel come off and scare my children and he denied it. Just wanted to give me 30 minutes more. Stay away from here!! Don’t put your family in jeopardy!!!
poor customer service. Golf cart was in bad shape and wheel on front was messed up. They messed up on the time it was supposed to be brought back and made us bring it back before the agreed time.
WARNINGDo not rent here! They tell you when they take a cash deposit they return it but they will not. There are dozens of honest rental places on the island visit one of them.
Looked around and can honestly say they had the best deals on rentals employees were so kind and helpful
