Its been years, since I've had the opportunity to go to Spencer's, but my daughter wanted to go. Though it was a brief visit, because of the blatent content throughout the establishment. Nice lol shop.

Love the fandom products and the back of the shop. Not handicapped friendly. Our wheelchair does not fit into the aisles. Otherwise, love the store.

Upon entering this store in Pensacola, I had 2 mini pretzels wrapped and placed in the bottom of a ‘Pretzelmaker’ cup. The one female employee with brown hair spots me instantly and says, “We can’t have food in the store.” I looked at her like she’d lost her mind because myself and family both noted that the floor in there was FILTHY. It was evident that cleanliness is NOT Spencers’ strong point or priority. No food allowed, even if it is well-wrapped and hidden from site, I can respect that. HOWEVER, employees really need to focus on mopping their nasty floor first and THEN you can tell me about the “no food” policy. If they’re not completing a task as simple as mopping, I seriously doubt they’re sanitizing the store during this Covid-19 era. C’mon now Spencers, tighten up.
