The salesman responded to my first email, but not my second so we went to the store and met with him. He was professional and helpful once he was located by the gal who said she would find him (she was extra friendly and helpful). The paperwork was handled efficiently and the salesman answered our questions (even returning a call after purchase to answer a further question). The guy in the parts department was helpful in answering our questions about add-on parts and was friendly and professional. I only gave 4 stars because I expected more from orientation since we’d never owned or operated a side by side. He showed us where things were but not how they worked or a working demonstration. We are now trying to figure out what everything means in the dash, such as the 2 and 4 wheel drive and differentials. The owners manual is not entirely helpful either. A working demonstration should have been offered. Nothing was said about the electronics of the machine or that we could use the settings function. This part of the purchase was disappointing. We find ourselves floundering around trying fo figure everything out. On the plus, the guy who did the orientation was extremely helpful in getting our new can am loaded up. Sorry I couldn’t do 5 stars.

The staff is super nice and helpful. I had bought 2 brand new quads and brought a trailer my fiance thought would fit both, they were willing to loan us a trailer. But because we live far away we wouldn't be able to get it back to them before closing times, they had 3 guys that were extremely helpful and helped us get the quads rigged on our trailer so we didn't have to come back. The only down fall was we had very limited options on helmets, but again that isn't their fault. Spend more than wanted on them but never have to get another one and they have great quality ones. Mike Fuller was very helpful explaining the servicing and how quads and rules work. Loretta C was great at helping me with financing. Than Nick Taylor was super amazing at keeping us up to date and showing us pictures/videos of the units and getting us deals.

Had to return a pair of bibs, and the Lady that helped me was absolutely wonderful!! Very first thang, she greeted us right from the start! Asked if it was a return, and she would be happy to help!! Very pleasant & kind to speak with. Her whole demeanor was just an overall 10 plus! But I must say, everyone very very nice ! They also have a nice selection of snowmobile/motorcycle riding gear and accessories! I do recommend!!

Tom in parts was amazing. Outstanding customer service. My doors were on back order and he made sure he got the order in as soon as available. Came in quickly and before Christmas. He kept in contact and was easy to work with. Great service.
