I was here for over an hour and the customer service was top notch. I drove the 6 person UTV across the property and was very impressed. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and I asked at least 100 questions. It is a Dad thing. We have to know about the maintenance and service on everything with an engine. I also looked at the tractors and will be going back to look them over again. They were so knowledgeable and courteous. I recommend doing business here if you ask a question you get a straight answer.

I purchased a string trimmer from Agroland and love it. It is very dependable and does everything I expect. The sales experience was great and have no trouble in that aspect. However when it comes to equipment service, I would recommend shying away. My Husqvarna tractor that is 10 years old needed service, probably some engine work. (Tractor was not purchased there). I was asked for the model number of the engine which I provided in an email via a photograph of the tag . I received another email back that said it was the incorrect tag and didn't have the right information. I was sent a photo of what the tag should look like . I found that tag and discovered it had the exact same information. I took a photo and emailed it. I received an email back saying they would check on whether or they could provide service. Nine days later I had not heard anything back. I sent a reminder email asking if they could service it. I received an email back saying they would check and let me know. That was just over 2 months ago and I still await an email saying they can or can't repair it. The irony is I was ready to buy a new rider right then if they said mine was too old to repair! Now I have my repaired mower back from another shop in the area who didn't ask any questions. They just said bring it by and we'll get it fixed up . THAT was a great service experience . While I wish Agroland success, they just need a lot of help in their service process for me to recommend them for that . Based on my experience, when my Husqvarna finally dies I'll be getting my new rider elsewhere.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE working with these folks. Above-board, honest, patient, friendly, extremely helpful and cost-effective. I do all my own service and they even provide help with things I may have missed. Recently, I needed parts, shopped on the Internet found the best deal on them, then had Agroland price the parts. The difference was 0.88. Cannot beat that especially when supporting a local business and local families. I now buy pretty much all of my lawn/garden parts directly from them. No reason to try to hunt down internet bargains. Simply can't do better than these folks...
