We hired Gilde as part of our team to rebuild the Walsh Boat Landing on lake Austin for the City of Austin Parks Dept. Exceptional service.Quality work and knowledgeable crew! They completed the job on time and on budget. In case you don't know its not easy working for the city but they helped us with the entire process. Absolutely will hire there again on the next parks project we do.

Great quality dock! This is the second boat dock I have had built in the last eleven years and by far the most superior. This is a quality dock that will last a lifetime due to the quality of materials. Bob was great to work with and if for some reason I ever purchase a different place on the lake he will be my first phone call!
Gilde fabrication built our custom dock and installed 100 feet of stairs on our Lake Travis lot. The entire experience was outstanding and we couldn't be happier with the dock. This was a large complex dock and the design turned out perfect. Great communication and updates throughout the project and everything was completed on time and on budget.
Our boat dock is our pride and joy of our property. This dock will surely stand the test of time, well made and beautiful. Robert has be very responsive and profession throughout the building and installation process! He was even done ahead of schedule, just in time for spring break! Our kids love it!!! Gilde Welding and Fabrication is an incredible business. The owner, Bob Gilde, has over 25 years of marine construction/welding experience and has built hundreds of beautifully architected boat docks, piers, stairs, etc. This company has done an outstanding job on my family’s pier on Lake LBJ and was more than willing to put in extra time and effort to ensure the pier was above par. I highly recommended anyone who is in need of an affordable yet exceptional marine/welding job done to call Bob.
