It's clean and the manager is very helpful. The only problem I've had is my quarters getting stuck twice. Make sure you give the quarters a good push when putting them in the machines. If you just let them drop they might get stuck. This is the only place I do my laundry. If the employees were rude I wouldn't come back. If anyone complained about rudeness, I think it may have been nothing more than the person just didn't appreciate the employees personality. She may not be the overly warm motherly type but she is friendly and helpful. That's good enough for me. Some people expect business owners and employees to kiss their butts these days or they complain. Get over yourself.

The majority of the staff is awesome. They will help you figure out what size washer to use ( saves you money) and how to operate it properly. The other reviews about a rude manager have some truth to it. Its just that she doesn't realize she is being rude. She is very helpful but comes across rude. It is clean and filled with beautiful plants. A months worth of laundry done in two hours.
Usually a nice place and clean. I personally have never had a problem with the staff, but have heard many stories. I've decided to stop going here because I have come here twice in 3 days and they have been closed during posted business hours and I have had to go elsewhere. Might as well just go elsewhere to begins with. Terrible way to run a business.
Very rude staff. I tried to dry my laundry in a dryer. After 1.75 was put in the clothes still were not dry. I switched dryers and informed the lady about the issue. She said that the dryer was fine. I asked if I could get something back on the money I spent she said that she was not allowed to do any refunds. I just simply told her that I was never doing laundry there ever again. I understand if a machine has issues. But, they need to listen to their customers. They refuse so they lost my buisnees
This is the second and last time I'll go here. While the place is nice and clean, the owner is terribly rude and unprofessional. I approached her with a smile and kindly asked her if I get change from her. Before I finished my sentence, she asked me if I was doing laundry, twice, and said she didn't see me bring any laundry in. I had brought two loads in with my daughter. When I said, of course, she gave me a nasty look and said, well, people come in all the time asking for change. Why not just get a change machine? She didn't apologize for being rude. As a business owner, I know how to serve customers, and that is definitely not how you keep people coming in to your facilities.
Staff is rude and very unprofessional. The manager with short hair is actually the owner of the place. So when u ask to speak with an owner know that it is her. Ive had issues before with dryers not working and was told i used the dryer wrong or my door was open. But i never left the laundrymat so my dryer was not open. There are lots of clean laundry mats around besides this one that i now go to. I drive an extra eight miles to do laundry else where now.
I have never had a problem with the people that work there, I have heard TONS of stories but haven't had any issues myself. Today it was posted online they were open until 8:00, I showed up at 5:00 and everything was locked up tight. The last time I was there they closed early at 6:00. The lady working (not the owner) was very friendly and was willing to stay a bit after the time she was closing so I could finish up. I also don't like the "no paper change" rule, it's annoying.
Great little laundromat. The customer service is great and it is very clean.
