I have recently purchased the Spiritual Self-Love Care Package from Spiritual Living by Che! One of the many things I loved about my items were that they were a perfect compilation of items to begin being more intentional on achieving self care and growing closer to God spiritually. There's a wide variety of items included in the package - an elaborate and beautiful design you can self select for your spiritual altar cloth, body scrubs, herbal tea, spiritual journal, affirmations chalk board, and so much more. I also loved that the owner packages items in eco friendly packaging that is bio-degradable. These items serve as a catalyst to helping me springboard back into becoming intentional about my self care and pursuing my passions in life. I would highly recommend the spiritual kits and that folks check out the many other items Dea offers.

I attended the first Black Girl Yoga meet up and loved it! The location is nice and roomy in what feels like a safe space. I had taken a class with one of the instructors at a different location, so I was somewhat familiar with one of them. Both were very warm and welcoming. I love that we spent a little time getting to know each other before and after the practice. The lead instructor provided options for all levels making the class very inclusive. Can't wait until the next one!

I walked into Che Yoga about six months ago and I was hooked. As someone new to yoga i thought i wouldn't be able to keep up, that thought was quickly diminished. The instructor was patient and made me feel at home right away. I would strongly suggest this class.

Ms. Dea is an amazing instructor. She is really patient and she really works with you. When we started she welcomed everyone which helped make me feel comortable. I just loved everything. Also I havent felt this good in years
