They were kind, professional, and handled us with care as they walked us through the adoption process. Every question that we had was answered clearly and in a timely manner. What a professional, efficient, and caring staff. When we decided to do our adult adoption we got in touch with Jill and she was right on it. Mark and his team were incredible to work with. We were worried that because our son's biological mom originally asked me to adopt him and then became unresponsive once my husband started the process of adoption, that we wouldn't be able to move forward with the adoption. However, Mark was there for us every step of the way, assuring us of all the steps his office was taking, as well as taking care of everything.
