We've been working with Bellevue for about a year, having to quickly juggle getting a hospital bed delivered for my dad when he returned to assisted living from the hospital and rehab. The staff has been extremely helpful as we've navigated insurance, determining what he needed versus what was covered, different billing scenarios and delivery/set up. Caring for your loved one's needs is stressful enough, but Bellevue has made this aspect easier, and my dad has been so much more comfortable (and safe) with his adjustable bed. Thank you!

They saved the day! Drove out the needed part for someone who wasn't even their client, but I was desperate not only did they deliver but we face-timed for a quick problem solving situation and I, my client, and her family could not have been more grateful. The young man who delivered the part saw my panic when I could connect the two machines and just said Ma'am I won't leave until we get this figured out. I had been trying to solve this situation for over 12 hours and their kindness and speed really touched my heart as this level of customer service is rare these days. THANK YOU SO SO VERY MUCH!!!

If I could, I would give them 10 stars! I spent over a week hearing promises to correct a delivery problem for a bed with a different vendor. My 90 year old mom was sleeping on the couch because of broken promises. One call and Andrew supplied a complete bed with a good quality mattress within a couple of hours. Thank you!!
