Took my 4,500 mower in this month - purchased from them in summer 2020 - for the “courtesy” service they do in January’s. I gladly upgraded the service for an additional 95.00 and pointed out a malfunctioning drive arm that needed work. Got the call that it was all done and I specifically confirmed that the issue was fixed because I live south of town and have to drive 30-40 minutes each way. Well, they must not have cared to test it because when they went to load it they found that it was not fixed. People make mistakes and I know equipment doesn’t show it’s problems on every use. What’s irritating is that nothing was offered to satisfy the inconvenience of traveling across town with a trailer for no reason on a Saturday. No delivery offered, no waiving of any labor, no store discount, nothing. Only that the part they now say they need to order will be covered under warranty. No kidding?! Customer lost. A personal and commercial customer...lost.

Shoddy service. Said they sharpened the blades on my lawn mower and didn't. Said they steam cleaned, didn't, said it was serviced, didn't. I would recommend any place other than this place. I'll drive to priest River before going to this place. Priest river has excellent service and would never cheat you. The blade was not sharpened. It has rust on it and is just as I had it when it was dropped off. It was not cleaned. I have photos that show this. Like I said shoddy service.
Wow! The service I recieved here at Country Homes Power was absolutely astonishing! One of the employees who goes by the name Nick did a fabulous job helping me. He is a very intelligent and helpful young man. This business values their customers importance and gives them high respect. Thank you! :)
I bought a high end Harman pellet stove from Country Homes about 30 days ago. I paid over 5,000 for the stove. After the sale, I asked to have the maintenance procedures demonstrated to me. I was told youtube is the best place to learn how to perform maintenance on the pellet stove. I brought up that the lower ash pan door would not stay closed on it’s own. The latch did not work properly. I was told to make sure the ash pan was properly placed in the stove. It was. I finally had a heavier closing lever fabricated At my expense to solve the problem. While Country Homes has a good sales department, they are very deficient in service after the sale. I am very disappointed in my experience with Country Homes Supply.
