I bought a beautiful car thanks to my sales associate, Michael, and the wonderful help from Meg. These two were so kind and patient when working with me! However, it was very disappointing to make this big of a purchase and be treated so disrespectfully by the finance guy, Jason. Everything was great until I had to talk to him. As soon as I turned down a warranty the attitude changed a full 180 degrees. To pay for a car at these prices, it would be nice to be treated with respect and work towards customer satisfaction instead of putting the customer down.

Fast friendly service and a very nice loaner car while ours was being serviced. We live on a farm so the car was pretty dirty when we dropped it off. We couldn't believe how nice a job they did in washing it after the service. Way beyond what was expected, but greatly appreciated. A dealership that proves they want happy customers. Happy customers are the best advertisement!

Took our new F-pace in for service. Friendly service staff. My wife was impressed with how nice the car was returned to us, cleaned inside and out including tires shined. Unfortunately the very problem I took it in for was not fixed which is going to require another visit, effort and time on our part :(
