Where to start with this awesome company!! Great people that know their stuff and takes care of their customers. I wouldn’t go anywhere else when looking for a commercial space. They have awesome options. Their Mobile App is also very helpful in staying up to date with what’s on the or coming onto the market. They also offer great residential leasing options as well! Very crooked commercial managment company. Matt Walch is the worst . Do not trust these people with your deposit. When our lease ended we repainted the whole unit and cleaned it better than when we moved in. I knew they would find away not to refund our deposit. They charged us 200 to change the furnace filter even though we changed it the day we painted when we moved out. Also charged us 125 to exterminate spiders only because an exterminator owns the building. There's spiders in every unit and they spray every year and don't charge anyone. Then said the owner never read the contract at first and tried to charge late fees at the end of the lease when we asked for our deposit back.

The food was better than average, the dinning room was very expensive, deli more responsible. Our thoughts were been there, done that. No need to return.
