I went in on October 4 for major open heart surgery and went home on October 10 .they replaced my pulmonary valve ,put a clamp around my heart and repaired another valve. From check in to check out I experienced nothing but top-quality care and have no complaints. And I like to say thank you to everyone that works there. And the food was great

Unbelievable staff. Very caring and knowledgeable. The greatest team of staff I could imagine up on the sixth floor. All the belief and trust in each other. Thank you team Clark!

SHMC IS THE BEST! MY HUSBAND HAD OPEN HEAT SURGERY ON OCT. 15, 2020. HIS CARE WAS AMAZING! THANK YOU TO THE DOCTORS, NURSES AND STAFF. YOU GAVE HIM THE CARE THAT HE DESERVES! FROM A VERY HAPPY WIFE.

Terrible service, no communication and in talking to them very little client/patient empathy. Kid was sent to ER from Dr office with instructions after xray findings and Providence said they could take her. Then they couldn't find the orders, then couldn't get her into services that were required. After 4 hour wait finally left and went to another ER to treat a collapsed lung. Apparently that gives no priority at Sacred Heart. Unless it's your only option I wouldn't recommend going or sending anyone there. In talking to them I quote \we are the best care East of Seattle to Montana\. I wouldn't be touting that if a patient is in pain and can't breath very good in a waiting room, you might be the best at something but prioritizing care, communication and patient empathy isn't one of them.

If you are having any type of mental health problems I suggest you stay away from sacred heart. Even if you aren’t hurting you’re self or others they will strap you to a bed and leave you to rot. It was hell and was extremely dehumanizing and humiliating. My worst fear has always been not being able to move at all, it’s painful and feel this type of practice should only be used in desperate situations. It has created more trauma then i had to begin with, and I’m currently processing through that hell in the aftermath of my stay.
