Best Auto Parts Store in Spokane! They have a wide selection of performance, racing accessories & auto parts. The whole staff was very friendly & Anthony was able to assist me with getting a new custom shifter for my husband's Chevy El Camino! I would recommend going here for all your Auto Parts Needs!

My husband came in to your store tonight to buy a pair of gloves for our 5 year old son, it’s 17 degrees out FYI. He wasn’t wearing a mask and was helped throughout the store by two employees no issues. When he got into line, and made it to the front for his turn, he was denied service. Our 5 year old boy had to watch his dad be denied service for gloves that would’ve kept his hands warm. Pretty pathetic if you ask me. We won’t be back and I’m spreading the word.

This is why I'm a long time customer of the general store. I threw out my back not only were they helpful and sympathetic they met me at the propane tank unloaded re loaded my tank and ran in my money for me and brought me my receipt... this place hands down has the best customer service in town thank you general store my back thinks you.. 6* review this is why we say no to Walmart and yes to general store.. happy 2021 ..

I always find The General Store (Ace Hardware) to be a valuable asset in my shopping needs. There is a large parking lot replete with handicap parking. The store itself is clean, and well stocked. Every employee that I've spoken to is personable, and patient. All things considered, this is a great place to shop.
