They're booked and don't need anyone's business. The first words out her mouth, when she answered the phone (finally after 25 mins) was, "we are only accepting credit approved" customers. I think I have enough credit to buy a few bottles of the solution I needed- but clearly I was being screened and eliminated. It reminded me of the car salesman who said to me, "let me see your wallet" when I was a young kid. Corporate disconnect at it's finest.
