Postponing shows leaving customers in Limbo (which I understand due to COVID-19). However, not offering refunds to those who are unable to make the new dates is a bit silly. I will avoid using them at all costs in the future. Sometimes it takes a crisis to expose the true customer service of an organization.

One week in selling Blake Shelton tickets, all the tickets were sold to big companies who marked up the price. Regular people don’t even get the chance to buy tickets. 39 tickets were sold marked up 100 or more, what a shame.

All except for two of my experiences with them have been great! The two crummy experiences are tied together...(in person) I unknowingly bought tickets for a same name event (I wanted to go to the ballet but was sold symphony tickets), they would not exchange them when I went back after I realized the mistake. I don't believe when I purchased them that the cashier knew there were two upcoming events with the basically the same name which was a bit frustrating but we're all human. I was still able to buy great seats to the event that I wanted to take my friend to and find someone else that could use the other tickets so everything turned out as a win/win!!!
