I bought a fiberglass door and paid a fee to have a doggie door installed. Door was damaged and they put the doggie door on backwards. The fix was complicated by caulking having held the pieces in place. I tried to address issue with the manager Nancy. I found her to be inconsiderate and rude. I ended up having to make the repairs myself. If you are interested in quality work and good customer service, you are better off looking elsewhere.
After reading mixed reviews we decided to take a chance. What we found were doors that you would never find at any other local store in stock and readily available. We found the COOLEST double front door after some help from Nancy. The door was ready to pick up one week later. It hung beautifully and is seriously unique. We get a ton of compliments on it. Soooo glad we went to Ugly Duck. Thank you!!!
Their ad on TV is a lie. They have some of the most expensive doors we've ever seen and they look used. When I said \ I thought this was a liquidation sale...and you had reduced items\ the salesperson said \absolutely not
