From start to finish we felt that all of our needs were taken care of. The initial bid was lower than the other bids we got. The three man crew that showed up at the house were pleasant and professional. We have some very old antiques and the care they used was much appreciated. The move was totally stress free and I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to my friends.

I had them store my piano while we were transitioning between houses. Very efficient pick up, storage (in a climate controlled environment), and delivery. They were always very helpful on the phone with questions and to take payments. The delivery and pick up were done quick and without any damage to my piano. I think they were great! I would definitely use them again and have referred several people to use their services as well.
I got 10 of the U-Haul Pods. \I\ short ordered, should have had 12 of them... but other then that, my 10 pods are loaded, packed well, the guys were professional AND friendly. I will have to load the last 2 pods tomorrow, but I have to get them first. My bad. BUT, the good news is that there should be little/nothing that will be a negative impact for me loading what remains. The guys did their best job getting as much into these things as they could. THANK YOU!!!!
