Falco’s was great to work with, from start to finish, everyone was amazing. The Salesman, Josh was knowledgeable and walked me though what estimate and how the installation would go. The Scheduler Jenna, made sure we found a day that worked for our family. The Install team, Zaire, Brandon, and Eric rocked. They we fast and knowledgeable. They made sure the unit was installed properly and that I understood how to use it. Additionally, they were just kind. Kind to my children who had so many questions. Kind as the kids watched them work. It’s always interesting having strangers in your house but these guys were so professional and kind, they left feeling more like friends! Thanks Falco’s team! I would never go anywhere else!!!

Everyone we worked with at Falco's was professional, informative, helpful and kind from the showroom to the install. Anna, Anthony and Jered treated our home as if is was their own. We had our wood burning fireplace converted to a gas insert. It is wonderful being able to have the warm fire and relaxing ambience in a matter of seconds. Our fireplace is built in a 1975 rock wall which was no issue at all. We highly recommend Falco's.

Brandon and Joe did a great job installing our fireplace and an additional gas line to a future gas stove. They were able to do everything with minor holes in the sheetrock to get the flex line installed .
