After 2.5 weeks struggling with another company back East that we had purchased a Maytag MHN33 and trying to get a warranty replacement on the main board I ended up calling NW Laundry Supply out of desperation. Within 10 minutes on the phone with them they knew what the problem was (it got reset during a power outage) and were able to talk me through how to get it back working over the phone. Good service and expertise, I'll be calling them first next time.

I purchased six Maytag MAT20PD coin op washing machines for my apartment laundry rooms, and installed them myself. After installing them, one leaked about a quart of water per load on the floor. Even though it was a holiday week (4th of July), Northwest kept after the problem until they found a small crack in a part installed at the factory, which they replaced. Since then, all six have operated flawlessly. My only regret is that I didn't replace my sixteen year old Roper machines sooner. The tenants are happy with the larger capacity. I'm happy because my laundry income is up - and I don't have to keep repairing old, worn out machines.
NW Laundry Supply have been taking care of our commercial coin-operated apartment building since 2012. They are honest, professional and good at their job. We just had to replace one of our washing machines and they took care of it right away.
My advice find a different company to service your laundry equipment don't waste your time.
