We had 20 windows (18 replacements and 2 new constructions) installed. Todd was awesome to work with from the get-go. He's honest, to the point, and just a good dude. He gave us multiple quotes (re: different brands, styles, price points) and there was no pressure to commit to anything. The day of install there were 2 teams of guys (due to the size of the project) and they were on time (actually even earlier than anticipated), so personable, and professional. They covered all the furniture, were careful moving windows up a super narrow stairwell, petted dogs who seemed to have Houdinied their way out of doggy jail, and above all, did AMAZING WORK! They even cleaned and vacuumed after they were done. We couldn't be happier with the products we received, but even more importantly, the service that was provided by this amazing team.

We had a new slider installed and three 3 x 6 feet glass windows replaced. We are very happy with the product and service! Todd was the salesperson who came to our house and was very knowledgeable to the industry. He did a great job educating us on what we were looking for and helping us to decide what to purchase. Pat and Allen installed the slider and replaced the glass in the windows. Pat did a great job of making sure the slider was installed to our satisfaction! Thank you! I was happy to see they covered our patio furniture and ran cloth runners through the house to protect wood floors from mess and scratches. The only improvement I would suggested is the windows be cleaned better after installation. The three big windows needed to be cleaned due to smudges etc.

From the start this company was very professional. Taking time to explain the estimate, the work to be done, the cost and how long it would take. The installers arrived on time and worked a full day. They cleaned up after themselves and let the work site very neat. Throughout the process they kept us informed about what they were doing. I would highly recommended them for your window and door work. There prices are very competitive and it is a very professional company

We had new windows installed the first week in December. Service was great from start to finish. Todd guided us on selection and was patient with my many questions. Appreciate that he came out during the install. The crew that installed the windows, led by Mike R., were very professional, respectful and completed the install with great attention to detail. Patrick J. took extra time and care reattaching stubborn siding around one of the windows and adding trim to an interior window. I would highly recommend Northwest WIndow and Door.
