The team at Pacific Harbor are a delight to work with. My dock and two lifts are life savers that keep both my family and my property safe. The PHD guys always know the best solution when I have a need to add a dock section, replace a 15 year old canopy cover, add an accessory, etc. I’ve referred many customers and will continue to do so. It’s kind of strange to have such great service and responsiveness when I need it from my “dock guys”! I’m getting ready to upgrade my lift to a hydraulic from a cantilever. Thanks team PHD!

Great boat lift. They made sure I got a discount from the boat show. Later, when I was moving it to shore for winter, they walked me through the whole process and recommended a winch and even sent me a coupon. Really went above and beyond to make me a happy customer.
Met Brady and the team at the 2020 boat show. Purchased a new canopy for my Hewitt boat lift and a battery operated addition to my existing 3000 lb. lift. I was using the manual wheel before and have been for 15 years. Brady was very responsive over email and phone as we scheduled work dates due to water level at Pend Orielle. He also kept me up to date on their timing and plans. Would recommend them and will most likely work with them again in the future.
Brady and BJ were great! The price fit our budget and the quality of the product is top notch. We had many spectators onsite while our boat lift was installed and it didn’t seem to bother them a bit. The install was quick and very fun to watch. In addition to a smooth install, they also came back quickly for a minor repair, no questions asked. Highly recommended!!
I bought a used lift that originally came from Pacific Harbor. Every question I've asked, every part I have needed, and any help I've asked for have all been provided as if I was the longest, best customer they have. Very knowledgeable, super responsive, and willing to thoroughly explain anything in order to put you in the right product. Hands down the best customer service you can find in almost any industry. I am now a long time customer.
