Love recycle techs, they do great repair work and are super friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my laptop and desktop for a great price and gave me a bunch of information on how to keep the machine running fast. I purchased one of their used Laptops for my mom and the screen wasn't big enough for her so she wanted to return it but we lost the receipt but they had it on record and offer a 30 day for any reason you can return it and made the process super quick and easy and even ended up buying a desktop with larger monitor from them. They even cleaned the dust out of my brothers desktop for no charge. I suggest everyone check with these guys first before going anywhere else. Definitely going through them when I want to upgrade my machines.

Rusty is incredible, polite, friendly and extremely smart! I have complete trust in this gentleman. He helped me several times over the years and I highly recommend him to anyone. He is usually at the north Spokane location but I have also been to the valley location and they are amazing as well. Great service, great repairs, and great business!

Brought in a computer a while ago we bought from them. We had put a password lock on the computer but eventually forgot the password. Took it in and was told they could open it back up but needed proof of purchase. We had none because they never gave us any and the employees had changed since then. They apparently didn't keep any record either! Insanely unprofessional! We had been customers for years! So the employee thought we stole the computer, even though the sticker on the front of the PC had their name and price right on it! I told the employee that I could tell him some of the info on the PC once he opened it, that only the owner would know, but he wasn't even listening. He was going to call the cops on customers who had been loyal for years! What a way to treat loyal customers! What kind of company doesn't keep sales records? Never gone back since and never plan on going back after that charade.
