I only gave two stars because after several months they still do not have their website fixed to order business cards. You can place them in your cart but then cant get to them, just an error code. I reported this months ago. You have to call in and have them look you upto order, much longer process. I might have to try OfficeDepot next time... very frustrating. I guess fixing their online shopping experience is not their priority :-(

I have had the pleasure of working with Jack in the Printing center for the past few years. He has always been helpful and gotten my projects done in a timely matter which is very important for my art practice. The entire Staples team every time I have gone in have been very friendly and welcoming and literally welcome me to the store every time I set foot in it. I no longer live in the valley but I drive to that one instead of go to the places in Spokane because I know how well I will be treated. Thank you all for your help over the years especially Jack because I’ve needed stuff turned around pretty quickly more than once. Keep up the excellent customer service everyone :-)
