I had a great experience at Video Only! The prices were better than what I have seen at Best Buy and Costco. The salesman I worked with, Derrick, went above and beyond to help me! He explained the differences in TVs for me so that I could find the right one for me! He was patient, kind, and knowledgeable! The store was clean and all of the staff were friendly. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends/family!!

This was the most pleasant and informative experience I have had at a retail shop in a long time. I was greeted at the door, the sales man was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, but not too pushy. They had a large selection of TV's and home audio and I was bale to find exactly what I was looking for. Even though they already had the lowest prices in town they went ahead and shopped around for me just to make sure I was getting the best price available. I will shop nowhere else from now on for TV's and audio.

I thought it was worth an extreme shout out to Andrew Norton (the sales manager at the north Division store) as well as both John and Derrick! All three of these sales professionals went the extra mile to help determine the dimensions of components for a possible surround sound configuration. It is extremely rare to see the degree of commitment to the customer and the sales process that they provided. Thanks! It really makes me want to do business with you!

Amazing customer service!!!!! What's incredible is I didn't even shop in the store in Spokane. I actually bought a few speakers for my home entertainment system from a competitor. I had two major installation issues that I needed help with. I wasn't too confident with the sales team where I made the purchase, so I remembered buying things from Video Only in California, so I made the call. I spoke with two different employees and I want to recognize them both. Both of these amazing employees didn't care that I didn't buy my speakers there, the just wanted me to get up and running. I was so shocked that they spent time with me on the phone until I got it fixed. You just earned my business moving forward. Please give thanks if the boss is reading this to Johnathan and Derek. Discount TV's last year or later) they seem to have a clue what they are selling some what knowledge on the stereo equipment but there are better places to find the same equipment for possibly the same or less money for current year model equipment)
