One my second visit; Brian at the front desk was awesome. Very helpful. He made sure he provided me with answers to all my concerns. He went above and beyond and I appreciate his time. However, on the first visit... I was very disappointed that I did not want to return. The job coach assigned to me, who will remain nameless, was not someone I hope to ever meet again with. I'm not impressed with her efforts. I had a 17 year long career, making bank and her suggestion was to take anything I can get, even if that meant sorting apples so that I am not on unemployment. 17 YEAR LONG CAREER... Our dialog did offer some additional resources and she did provide me with the necessary referral to a workforce development professional that I needed. However. I hope I can navigate myself through these processes to avoid contact with someone that feels a 17 year long career is worth tossing to the side to pick apples.

Wendy, Victor, and Robin are my heroes! They helped me over 1 year by helping me get an internship at a local car dealership, and was then given the job. Still here working, and loving it!

Worksource is and has always been so helpful to our Spokane area. Giving perspective hope and the tools needed to anyone willing to receive. With a good attitude. They do a great job at keeping up to date and taking in feedback. Thank you Work Source. Special thanks to Mary Hu.

I was very uncomfortable here the few times I was in. I felt like I was in a welfare office. The staff are nice but some of them are pretty fake. Meaning, they have a way of talking down to you as if you are supposed to be some kind of helpless idiot for being there. Some staff don’t know how to treat normal respectable people who are on unemployment. Unemployment can happen to anyone. It doesn’t mean I should feel insulted by staff who are supposed to be there to help with job loss. Very undignified and I wish the unemployment office never referred me there.
