I highly recommend Jordan's cooking classes - in fact, i literally texted a couple of people as soon as the class was over recommending them to try it out. He is such a cool guy, down to earth, makes delicious food - the 4 hours flew by so quickly and despite spending your Saturday night with strangers, Jordan is the perfect host - where you soon feel like you sharing the night with friends. Whatever the occasion, consider spending your Friday or Saturday night with Jordan - a BIG 2 thumbs up!

Fabulous! Jordan is a great teacher. His presentation is clear and understandable and entertaining. I learned a tremendous amount in 1 class. From how to handle knives to telling when the fish is ready, the tips keep coming. I cannot say enough great things about Jordan. And the recipes are within reach of even inexperienced cooks (me). If you like to cook, you owe it to yourself to give Jordan a try.

My friend invited me to join her in a cooking class. What an experience! Jordan is a phenomenal chef, teacher and mentor. 4 hours were filled with lessons, humor and great company. I would definitely come back to learn more and to have a great time! Looking forward to share my new knowledge and dishes with family and friends!

Lots of fun as a team builder. Chef Matt was awesome and I've truly used several of the tips (freezing my butter before making biscuits and making my rice in the oven). I think this is similar to other cooking classes in learning, however the food variety is greater because you have a large group splitting up to make several recipes. We did spicy foods!

Went here awhile back with some coworkers for a team building event and enjoyed our cooking class immensely. Jordan is very welcoming and open. He puts people at ease and encourages them to try things out. There were a range of cooking activities that accommodated beginners and more advanced home chefs.
