I am a single mom of two kids trying my best to make ends meet in Naples. Over the past two years I have paid Sports Club of Osceola Elementary HUNDREDS, if not THOUSANDS of dollars for after school care for my girls. NEVER have they had a problem with me paying what I owe them. Now, in the last week of school I owed them 36 whole dollars which I couldn't give them until payday on Friday. Because of this, they publicly embarrassed me in front of other parents. Then, I got pulled into the office and was berated on the phone and basically told to take my child elsewhere by the director's wife! I will NEVER go back or support this business again! If I could give them zero stars I would!
We've done Gymnastics, basketball, and cheer for several seasons now and love it here! They do a great job!!
Can't say enough about Sports Club. Really helps working parents. My kids go love it and the staff is great.
