Not just for our Seahawks!! I HIGHLY recommend seeing Dr Andy Ashbaugh and his CMA Dee Dee. I had a phenomenal appointment to IMMEDIATELY relieve my wrist pain, at the VMC Sports Medicine Clinic inside Urgent Care at the Landing. They're moving back to Talbot Road in April. It took me a month to learn that these guys do corticosteroid shots for any joint pain, which is long-lasting and relieves pain besides doing physical or occupational therapy exercises. Other types of clinics put you through a lot of fuss before treating you but not these guys. Plus he did the injection while watching on an ultrasound for the utmost protection of the tendon sheath. Amazing! Here's to your health fellow Rentonites!

Had an enjoyable experience from the minute I entered the building. Saw Dr Luna's nurse, she was exceptional. Dr Luna taught me so much and got me back on track with my health. One of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever seen. I highly recommend this sports medicine clinic.

I called to ask for an appointment for my daughter. I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. The person who answered (Tina I think) told me in a rude manner that they are not part of UW Medicine so they have no record of my daughter. This statement is incorrect (they may not be operationally integrated but they are owned by UW). She asked abruptly \what can I do for you\ and when I asked for an appointment with a sports medicine doctor, she said, \I'm putting you back on hold\ and she never came back. As a customer experience consultant, I am shocked by such terrible treatment. While the clinical staff may not deserve a poor rating, they need to hire far better patient facing staff.

Dr Ashbaugh is amazing! My mom is current patient of his for her Sciatica and he is very knowledgeable. He explains every step thoroughly and with a pleasant sense of humor!
