My ATV had a clutch bearing failure one week before an important trip, and I was afraid I wouldn't be able to bring my Sportsman 850. Well, they were pleasant even though I called every other day to check in, and they got it fixed under warranty in time for my trip! Thanks to Jason and Garrett, and all the others in service. Definitely went above and beyond, and the techs even came to the front to talk with me about what they found. Also, when I purchased the wrong fluids and had to exchange for the correct ones, but lost my receipt, it was no hassle, in and out!

I bought a 2016 Spyder from Justin this past Saturday. I have contact with two other dealers in the greater Philadelphia area besides Justin and your store. By far the experience and stand up sales and service far exceeded my other experiences. Product knowledge and familiarly is OUTSTANDING. All the people I encountered were first rate. The gentleman who toke me on the demo ride and delivered my bike whose name I forgot did great work. Along with the lady was in the office. Wanted to take a moment to share my good experience.
Service department missed something and I barely mentioned it. They went WAAAYY above and beyond to correct it. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
What a great dealership! I was getting ready to leave on a 2000mi trip and my F3 Spyder was having some mechanical problems. I called the dealership late in the day on Friday and they kept a technician in the shop to look at my bike. There was a problem that they could not fix on the spot so they gave me a loaner bike for the trip! They are a great dealership that takes care of their customers. I know I will keep coming back!
