I love this gym! The owners, the people, the environment. I instantly feel like family when I walk in the door. I could be having a really bad day, walk in the gym, and my whole day turns around. It's just not a feeling that I've gotten anywhere else. Besides the atmosphere, the owners really take the time to better the gym every day. I've been there since they opened, and for good reason. Definitely worth giving it a try, and then you'll be hooked.

I love love love this gym. I’ve tried other gyms and apps and workouts in the past, and none of them compare to the environment and motivation and support that this gym offers. They even let me bring my four year old with me. It’s owned by truly good people who truly care about their members! Not to mention how fast I have seen results and a difference in my physical fitness. Highly recommend.

What a great place to train! Paul is a great boxing trainer as well as the other people he’s hired. Larissa is an awesome strength trainer. Everyone I’ve interacted with is very down to earth & positive. You don’t have to be a body builder to go to this gym. High quality boxing equipment and ring. People are inspiring and passionate about sports/fitness here. Never regret going!
