This place isn’t the move if you’re going for a social event. They OVERCHARGE for events WARNING they will charge you per person for event (understandable) here’s the kicker even if there’s NO PLACE to Sit. While, back about a year and some change ago, when social distancing wasn’t a thing, we could make this work. New standards of the world is deem this a complete and utter rip off

Cool place with great atmosphere. We were there for lunch an a Saturday just after noon. They weren't very crowded. Our group of 4 ordered: 1) Southern Loaded Fries with Jalapeno Pimento Cheese and Spicy Sausage Gravy, 2) Chicken Soft Tacos with Side of Tater Tots, 3) Caramelized Onion Bacon and Cheese Burger and 4) BBQ Burger. Despite not being super busy, service was average. The Tacos and Loaded Fries came out a good 5 to 10 mins before the burgers and arrived barely warm. The fries were not hot as if just fried and neither were the side of tots with the tacos. After getting our server's attention, we returned our items without issue. The tacos and tots were better. The Loaded Southern Fries were disappointing. The Jalapeno Pimento Cheese didn't taste like Jalapeno or Pimento Cheese. It tasted like cheese and garlic. The spicy gravy was so mildly spicy that it should just be called sausage gravy. Both burgers were on point but know that they only serve them cooked medium or medium well. Great place to drink beer as they have mini taps for beer at your table instead of buying a pitcher so you can get your draft beer without waiting. Great place for beers and watching a game with a large group with average bar food. But given our experience, I can't imagine how the service would be when the place is packed.
How is it possible that management cannot train the staff. After reading the reviews it's not a once off. Thus is a regular occurrence of extremely rude and lazy staff. All who expect to be tipped so as someone who has spent years in the hospitality industry I cannot understand this from either side. From a customer point of view I can only recommended spending your hard earned cash elsewhere. I highly recommend management cop on.
Great game day atmosphere! We loved our waiter and first-time experience. Can’t wait to be back for another game!
I had the best and worst experience at one time. We had a waitress that was condescending and rude and inconsiderate. Then, this miraculous angel who had waited on me previously jumped in and saved the day. Thank goodness for people who care. This manager stepped in and removed the aggressive and condescending waitress. The previous waitress was super nice, We appreciated her and tipped accordingly. i would never tip someone who spoke to me like to Igor’s waitress at all!!!! Thank you management for handling the situation and making it pleasant because I love this place!
