Checking out took FOR.. Ever, even with just couple customers. They Need train there ppl better! Or call manager for help. I Waited 30 minutes to buy small box of ammo. And their Selection was meager.

Swung by here as I hadn't been in the building since the Gander Mountain closing sales and had forgotten how large the building was. Compared to the Sportsman's over in Sheridan this one is huge! Naturally, being a new store, everything was clean and organized and a quick perusal of the wares (camping gear, foot ware, guns, etc) showed the prices to be very competitive. More so than the previously mentioned store. A lot of the staff was young and very nice, but the gun counter kid who helped me didn't seem to know anything about guns. I'm not talking about all guns, but he looked for a Henry in the pistol case, confused .44Mag with .44 Remington Mag and couldn't engage with me on any level regarding firearms discussion. But he was nice. There was plenty of camping gear and, if possible, more fishing gear than anything else. The show and boots area had a wide range of options from things I'd never heard of to work boots. Hiking boots seemed to be their forte though. The gentleman behind the knife counter showed me a 300 version of something I paid 75 for elsewhere. That was a bummer, but the other prices seemed right on track.

I had ordered an ice auger online on a Thursday and opted to pick up at the store. The delivery date was listed as the next day (Friday) on my order. I had planned to take my kids ice fishing that weekend and the only reason I ordered the auger from Sportsman’s Warehouse was because they said it would be delivered by Friday. Friday comes and no notice that it was ready. I dropped by the store and asked for a status. Apparently, no one knows the delivery status and they cannot tell you where it is or when it will arrive. Saturday comes and still no notice. While waiting, I checked the availability of my auger at another Sportsman’s Warehouse store 30 miles away and they were in stock there. I figured they would just deliver from that store to mine but that wasn’t the case. Come to find out, mine was being loaded on a truck from Salt Lake City! I’m still waiting on the delivery but it looks like no fishing this weekend with the kids. You would think that with all the technology available today, the individual stores would be able to track your shipment. Oh well, looks like I just purchased my last item ever from Sportsman’s Warehouse.

They didn't shoot me for not wearing a mask. Was able to get my 4 boxes of ammo. I called & they said they had 7 boxes of the specific ammo I couldn't find elsewhere. Came in & they only had 1. I asked if that's all they got. "Yep." Fortunately, I strolled another aisle down, glanced at the end cap and found 5 more boxes.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who answered all our questions about hunting and gun ownership. There are many items to choose from. The store does not feel cramped like so many other stores, there's lots of room to move and shop.Prices were competitive.

Amazing, helpful staff and always pleasant experiences. From new, younger team members to veterans you can tell there is a good staff here. Management and team members clearly care and are knowledgeable. Please take note Bass Pro Shop as you assume operations and oversight. This is not broken. Do not try to fix it.

Use to be a great place to buy ammo however the limit is now ONE BOX or 50 rounds per customer. You guys could do better!
