Installation team is very good and will provide a quality system. Salesman didn't try to oversell and discussed options. I am very happy with the system installed, including the ionizing air cleaner. Price was good. Maintenance varies by tech. I've had techs take their time and open the system up to check and clean and others just look at the pressure readings. Diagnosing a problem with my 5 yr old Trane banging after running is an issue. Took about 5 different techs before one finally understood the issue and gave me options along with an idea of the cost to repair. I had a capacitor go bad last summer and they repaired it within a couple hours so that is great service.

I had a new Ecobee thermostat installed. The tech who did the work was entirely professional and did the work quickly and thoroughly. Love the new thermostat since I can control it with Alexa! The installer answered any questions I had and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I've been with Garnett for many years now and have no reason to go elsewhere.

I had a few companies come out for an estimate and they didn't do anything but sit down with a catalogue and tell be I needed to spend a ton of money. When Garnett came out they asked me some questions, measured the SQFT of the house, went into the crawl space and then came to me with options and suggestions. The estimate they gave me was thousands less. They showed up on time, did a great job with the installation, reworked some of the duct work. The unit worked fantastic. I since then have moved and had Garnett over to fix my current AC unit. It will need to be replaced and I will have them do the work. Very professional and honest.

I’ve had Garnett Heat and Cooling as my go to business for my home heating and cooling needs for Over 31 years. The company has always provided me with superior service. They’ve come to my house in the middle of a snow storm when my heating plant went out and stayed until it was fixed. Same thing when my cooling plant went out. They honor their work and fix things right. Their twice a year inspection is well worth the price paid. Highly recommended company.
