I've been coming here for my general practitioner for maybe 4 years now and I've been quiet pleased with the quality of treat mental I get at Prime Care. Dr. Legally is at the Salem Church Rd office now and is my doctor. He is kind, direct, polite and gets me the answers I'm looking for. The staff at Prime Care are caring, pleasant and as a result it keeps me coming back. I highly recommend Prime Care for general health care needs.

My entire family has come to Prime Care for one reason or another in the short time we’ve lived in Fredericksburg. Honestly, I was inappropriately judgmental the first time I visited because I thought it looked a bit outdated. The medical staff and doctors were wonderful, though. I had another urgent issue and ended up at Better Med which had updated decor and appeared hi tech. I was not impressed. Their services were just okay. I learned my lesson. I’ve been humbled. I prefer the kindness and heartfelt urgency from Prime Care. The doctors have an endearing bedside manner and easygoing disposition. The nurses have a gift for putting their patients at ease. I hope nothing changes.

I went in because I was attacked by a dog, and i ended up get a tenatus shot. Im deathly afraid of needles but it was the easiest experience I've ever gone through.

I will keep Dr. Sheets as a provider forever if I can! I have been going to this practice for years now and I not only trust him, but my parents go to Prime Care as well (in the 60's & 70's). Dr. Sheets is very thorough, actually listens and truly cares about his patients. I have never felt rushed, and the staff is all just as caring, helpful and thorough. This office makes going to the doctor a much less stressful ordeal than anywhere else I have ever been. I TRUST them! Not only that but the late office hours make it so much easier for a working, single mother like myself to get care where in other instances I would have trouble getting an appointment. Five stars all day......

The staff was incredible. The lady at the check in was super nice and was making jokes with us the whole time. Once I got into the back everyone that I came in contact with was AMAZING. Total time from walking in the door to walking out the door (including paperwork and wait time and new patient questions) was 35 minutes tops! Fastest I’ve ever been seen for the issue I was having.
