I highly recommend Spratts for propane service. Tom and his crew delivered and installed a brand new tank and regulator, and filled the tank for less than ferrel gas was charging me for a fill alone. Excellent service.

They treat you as a member of the family. We love taking our grandson to the RC portion of the store! They have fixed many of our outdoor tools, lawnmower, weed eater, rotitiller! We highly recommend them. And we have bought many of our outdoor tools there!

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE! There motto is a small bill is easier to pay and friendly customer service!?. Well maybe if they came out often enough it would be a small bill. They took us off the auto fill and we didn’t realize it until we ran empty. Then charged over 600 to fill a 300 gallon tank. So I switched companies. I just called to schedule a pick up of this tank. She asked if it was empty or not, I told her it was not empty. She said very rudely “well, we delivered the propane to you, you have to pay that bill And then hung up on me. I get a credit for the propane that’s still in there. So how would I know what my balance is? Very rude customer service, I now see why people are switching ...
