Amazing knowledge of product options and professional sales service. We shopped around for a new front door and quickly settled our decision on Castle Doors. We have used Castle Doors for both our back AND front door. Each time was an absolute success and pleasant experience. We wanted to take our early 2000's, cheap doors and bring them into 2020 with clean, modern colors, better quality materials, and classier hardware. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to walk you through the process and help you achieve your vision. Harmony is also an excellent communicator and super helpful! Amado is an expert installer, very friendly, and pays close attention to detail while still being VERY efficient in completing the job. We just could not be happier with Castle Door's customer service, prices, and professionalism. I wish I had more doors to replace just to admire their work!

Castle Doors was great to work with in replacing our old door with new steel double doors. Working with Harmony and Tom was a good experience. Their team worked to install the doors using quality work and great service. They made sure that the doors fit by taking extra measurements prior to the construction of the doors. Their showroom was very helpful in seeing what the end product would look like prior to making the purchase. We definitely would recommend Castle Doors!

The entire experience working with both Harmony and Tom could not have been any better, they are simply fantastic. After having to delay the front door replacement for longer than anticipated, no fault of Castle Doors, Harmony still had our selected choices and provided more options to ensure every aspect was considered. Trust, Transparency, Timeliness and Quality are all components of a great business, all things Tom and his team have by the truckload. His install team was on time, professional, thorough and clean throughout the process. As you can see from the photo, the team removed both the front door and side window, installing a new door and sidelite in it's place. They replaced and matched molding and trim, I literally had no additional work to do once they left. Even before installation was completed my neighbors were calling and texting just what a difference it made and how it upgraded the house. The value it adds is unmistakable. Getting the choice of hardware and opting for the latest smart touchpad was icing on the cake! I would recommend, and already have, Castle Doors & More for anyone's door replacement!
