Our daughter’s NYE wedding 2020 We were looking for a magical wedding for our daughter, but instead we got liars and thieves. We book this venue a year ago, January 2019, after the deposit was made they had a wedding coordinator change which changed the whole scheme of things. Odessa clearly doesn’t understand the roll of a wedding coordinator. Leon the owner of Spring Chateau, he doesn’t keeps his appointments or return phone calls. Neither one of them do follow-up calls. What really put a bad taste in my mouth, a gift was “STOLEN” from us we contact them and went to the venue they were closed; because it was New Years. I reached out to them several times on Saturday, January 2, 2020. On Monday, January 4, my husband and I went to the venue of course Odessa and Leon couldn’t resolve it. Now the only people that was cleaning-up after the event was Odessa, Leon and their entire cleaning crew now who has the gift. I ask could we view the security camera guess what they don’t have security cameras. The venue needs a lot of updating we had to get dress in very cool and dirty cabin the restroom was not cleaned with it being COVID it should have been more sanitize. As the MOB I had to leave the venue and go to the hotel to take a shower. Also, things was left behind in the cabin I inquiry about it. It was told to me they throw things away that are left behind. Now more things took place I dare to mention I just want you to be mindful when you book this venue.

Beautiful location in the Tomball/Spring area that offers space for both the ceremony and reception. As a wedding photographer, I have shot several weddings there and always have a great experience and so do my clients. They always enjoy the fireworks send off at the end of the evening!

This place is Beautiful and can handle over 100 people easily. It has amazing photo sceneries. I wish I was getting married because I would absolutely pick this place.

This place was fantastic! Honestly, I was not expecting them to be as great as they were. The grounds aren’t kept up very well (ex: the building could desperately us a paint job) so my expectations were not set super high. To my surprise they did an amazing job. The caterer they use is phenomenal! Everybody is still talking about how delicious the food was. They allowed us to drop our alcohol off the day before which was very helpful, and their bartender they used was super pleasant! I had my own day of coordinator, but Gaby, the venue’s coordinator, was a sweetheart and super helpful! They had all the tables and everything set up exactly like it was supposed to be and did a great job communicating with me this week of the wedding. I would recommend this venue for sure! Our day was magical and perfect in every way!

While the venue itself is beautiful, the overall run of the place is disorganized and just painful to watch. The wedding we attended, the. Coordinator was behind the bar by herself while the manager sat in his office watching his videos. The event staff were all.kids who had no clue what they were doing..... it was terrible.
