Ordered online.... Got home to realize I didn't receive all my order. Called to let them know the most important item was missing. Instead of asking for a hold, I was immediately slammed into hold queue. Also, No napkins, no eating utensils.

Been going there for years. My kids love the barbecue chicken and mac and cheese. I love everything on their menu (the bbq ribs, chicken etc). But, my favorite is the hot freshly made rolls. Lastly, its always a friendly and relaxing environment.
