The best customer service, hands down. I was BLOWN AWAY by the level of customer service offered by the support team. I missed the weekly training and had to urgently process EDI documents for a new retail partner. I called the support team, and Korrine patiently walked me through the platform for over 1 HOUR! She made the entire process so easy. What truly impressed me was that she called me 2 days later just to ask how I was doing. This is the definition of amazing customer service.
