Dayton Creek is a wonderful community. We moved in 6 months ago, and it immediately felt like home for our family. The neighbors have all been very welcoming, and there have been several fun neighborhood activities in our time here. Our 2 year old daughter loves the pool, splash pad, and playground. We are very excited about Dayton Creek Elementary opening in the future. We also love the location and easy highway access.

Took my daughter here so that she could spend the weekend with her girlfriend from college for the New Year. The subdivision is still in heavy development and building out homes to suit from over half a dozen models. The main gate sine claimed houses starting at 290K. The cool thing was that I got a tour from her friend's parents and came to realize their floorplan was one that I had lead a framing crew to build out in the Seattle are a few years ago. It a nice 4 bedroom with a decent yard and a walkout basement.

We looked everywhere in our price range when we were looking to build our new home. We kept coming back to Dayton Creek and comparing everything we saw to what we liked there. Location, location, location won us over. We are close enough to all of the needs and conveniences in Olathe, but still feel like we live in a small town. Our neighbors have already become like family to us and the friendly atmosphere is apparent when you walk into the sales office and drive down the streets. With a new elementary school coming here, it has become an even better place to live!

We love living here. The community is very friendly, with many opportunities to interact with your neighbors. Only a 6-7 minute drive to I-35, so it's more accessible to highways than most Spring Hill neighborhoods. Excited for the new school in 2021!

We have lived here for a year and a half. We absolutely love spending time with our neighbors. Everyone has been very friendly and the surrounding community is very safe with great schools. We’re very excited for the new elementary school that will be built and opening in 2021. This place is home.
