Can’t speak highly enough of this place. The people are so positive, talented, and welcoming of everyone. Whether you have years of marital arts experience or have never worked out a day in your life, you’ll be welcomed with open arms! They’re fantastic with kids and have plenty of programs for kids of all ages. And the adult classes are top notch. You won’t find a better, more family-friendly martial arts gym anywhere. Definitely check this place out.

Best coaches/instructors and environment to learn martial arts in middle Tennessee period. This place has become an extension of my immediate family and changed my life for the better. It doesn’t matter if you want to be a casual practitioner or a high-level competitor, it’s a great atmosphere for all levels.

What a great family environment! We've been with Coach Ray and Coach Rachel for almost 2 years. All of the coaches are amazing and everyone is so very welcoming. We've been to a few different places, but have found our gym home. We love it! Highly recommended for all members of the family!

An awesome place to train with a great environment. Some of the best black belts in the state train here.

I have been training BJJ for 6 years and am a purple belt. I travel all over the US for work and am fortunate enough to train while on the road. During my time I have trained at more than 50 gyms across the US from the east coast to the west. One of the easiest ways tell how good a gym is, is by the loyalty of its members (how many upper belts there are). Many places I go to I am one of the top belts. Here, when class is full, I am lucky if I am 1/2 down the line. The number of black belts, brown etc that we have on the mats is a clear indication of the loyalty folks have to this facility. It does not matter where you train or who you train under, you are always welcome. There is a reason my son and I call this place home as well as so many others and that is due to the culture and family environment that Professor Ray and Rachel have created. Professor Alex, Keefe and Harold are awesome and have taught me so much. I am truly grateful for this gym. Whether starting out or experienced....this is the place....this is the family.....this is the facility for you!
