Marvin Windows suggested I call local distributors for some help I needed with Marvin Windows that were about 10 years old. The first three businesses I spoke with said they sell but do not service Marvin Windows. When I called Springhouse Window & Door, they said they usually only provide service for windows they sold, but because I had gone to the effort of calling Marvin Windows, they would help me. A service person actually came to my house the same day. I feel both grateful and impressed, and plan to purchase any future windows or doors from Springhouse.
