All I can say is WOW!! I have never been treated so poorly. We had hides from Africa shipped there from the Port of Houston since they were a UDSA approved facility, our taxidermist was told a couple hundred dollars, 45 days later we get a bill for over 2200 for 5 crates. The staff was very rude, told me I was not their client and our taxidermist was the client because they are wholesale only ( but I could come pay them in Cash or Cashiers CK and pick up our product). We were charged for Clearance, Permit Use, and re-crating 1416.25 and a non-processing fee of 875.00. The warehouse workers said they didn't know what the crates were they have just been sitting there, they never were inspected, no manifest of inventory was conducted no re-crating. We were also told we could not inspect, open, inventory the crates on the property. Good Luck and I hope your experience is better than mine was.
