Store is always nice and clean. Staff is always helpful and honestly they are always nicely stocked here as well. Love this store. So convenient but with the perks of fair prices as well

The staff in this story are usually very friendly and helpful. Yesterday was quite an exception. Besides not even cracking a smile, the salesgirl was rather abrupt and insisted that story credit be redeemed immediately upon returning an item without a receipt. I don’t ever recall having to redeem store credit immediately. Better tell your employees to be nicer to customers. She was downright unprofessional and unfriendly.

I am always at Carter’s since my nephew was born. Now, I’m always checking online to see when Carter’s has 50% off the entire store. To purchase something for my friends kids, it’s amazing how both parents and children love outfits purchased at Carter’s. The store set up makes it easy to shop, infant and toddlers on one side, toddlers and up on the other side... their jeans last until child out grows it!!! This is the best place to get fall and winter jackets. See for yourself

Great deals lately and was able to get extra 20% off total because of rewards so check your email when you plan to make a visit! Staff is very quiet, barely greets, store is pretty organized, extremely limited shoe selection that is very expensive(i ended up going to target and found better shoes at a better price for baby)

Absolutely Love Carter's!! I shop there fore All My Children... So comfortable together with oshkosh. the clothes has great quality and always feet into style. I don't shop Carters in any other store only this one for best prices!!!
