We Love it here! We have chosen Iron Oak Canyon Ranch for our daughter's riding lessons. Rachel and Lessa have been amazing in building confidence and skills within our daughter while also outpouring their love and lifetime of understanding for riding. We are excited to see the progress within our daughter every week. We are especially excited to see where she goes in the future. Lessa, the owner, had recently taken over ownership of the Ranch and we see big changes weekly. She's spent her life around caring for animals and their well-being. We are thankful for her and everyone else there. They have made this a wonderful home!

Hands down 110% better with the new management. Really nice location. Very friendly boarders/staff. Great trails near by. Affordable pricing from boarding to lessons etc.
Several horses and most of 19 years here and still having fun.
Beautiful scenery
After one year of new ownership the new owners are creating a very beautiful Ranch for all of the equine that live here. The atmosphere for people boarding their equine, like me is open and very caring. The owners definitely look for solutions to needs that arise. It's a very clean ranch the hired help keep it very clean and therefore there are not many flies around and it is an absolute Delight to come out and spend time with an equine. My equine is here and I hope she can be here as long as the ranch is here and she is healthy I love Iron Oak Canyon Ranch, the people, the land, the equines and so does my equine. She is in a huge Arena which is called the pasture and she has a lot of her friends and now she has a boyfriend equine. She is sooo happy. The horses are fed by staff and the staff does the cleaning and the boarding rates are incredibly reasonable for the county of San Diego being so vast. It is worth going to their Facebook page and seeing all of the activities the ranch has going on. Incredible! Aviary education, science, equine educational classes and so much more all presented by experts in their field.
