Where to start...how about with the fact that their staff could not tell the truth if their life depended on it. I was told by the woman who sold me the guitar over the phone that it was in mint condition with nothing wrong. As you can see in the pictures provided, it was not anywhere close to the true condition. Then, when I spoke with the manager to see if they could refund a little bit of money to help with what it would cost to get the guitar repaired, they told me that they knew of the true condition in the first place and priced it accordingly. As you can see in the Craigslist ad they published, this was just another lie as it states in the ad \pristine condition\. I would recommend that you avoid this pawn shop at all costs, customer service and satisfaction is not a priority.

I see all these bad reviews. I have never been treated badly here. Awesome group of folks. Now if your disrespectful and act like someone owes ya something, then ya they may treat ya the way you treat them. Folks this is a pawn shop not Burger King. Lol. Worst place ever, I worked out a deal with the manager to drive from Tulsa to pick up a Billy goat. At first we agreed on 500 out the door. When I called him to pay over the phone, he said he will have to do 500 Tax. Then I was like okay that’s fine I guess no problem. But when I called Them to see what was goin on they told me he wanted More money since I got my stimulus check. Worst pawn shop ever, I understand they have to make money. But keep your word and integrity as a man. He changed the price on me 3 times, told me supposedly that offer was only good for a couple days \u200d️ STAY AWAY

Fair and honest people trying to make an honest living providing a needed service to the community. I love the free monthly live jam secessions at the Rogers store. They have searched and found items for me that I wanted. I have witnessed them quietly giving back to their community. Dale, Becky, Jake, and all the other employees I’ve dealt with were great.
