If I could write a review with negative stars I would! I've had an overseas package sitting there for going on two weeks. Been lied to, hung up on...Worst shipping company I've ever had thg be misfortune to deal with.

They lie. This is a second encounter with DHL in Springdale, AR First time they lied saying they had delivered my item. They had not, I mistakenly trusted them and signed the online release - DO NOT DO THIS! This time they text, I don't sign and they send a text \We attempted delivery...\ I'M HOME! NO ONE CAME TO MY DOOR! THEY LIED! And won't allow pickup at front desk without shipper approval!
