No experience with camera repair just a horrible experience with musical repair...either way...Do not take your valuables here to be tinkered with.

I took my camera lens here to get it fixed. Finding the place was hard enough. No signs. Gravel windy road. Finally pulled up to a nice new shed next to an old grungy trailer (owners home). Owner walks me in and there's stuff everywhere. Very unorganized. Had to bob and weave and step over stuff. Came on a Friday and he said he'd call me with an estimate by Wednesday. No call W-TH-F. I waited till Friday to call him back. Called, no answer, left a message to call me back. No call S-S-M-T. Call him again T-T-F leaving a message to call me every time. He had my lens for 2 weeks with 5 calls a messages before I decided to show up and just get my lens back. From what he told me he put 2 other customers ahead of me "because they were emergencies" and he was just to swamped to call me back. Sense he didn't fix my lens I don't know how good a work he does but he has terrible customer service. If he's that swamped he shouldn't take on more. It's better to have 5 customers with great service then to have 20 with terrible service. Despite everything, if I had gotten a phone call asking if he could push mine off to later so he could attend to the emergencies I would have been happy to. At Least I would know what was going on. I was afraid I was scammed sense I couldn't get ahold of him and he never called back.
Awful place, highly suggest finding someone else to help you out! Was told to drop my camera off at the address the day after I talked on the phone with them, went to the address and nobody answered the door. Called the number of the man who apparently works on the cameras-no answer. Call the official number listed here on google, she answers and seems terribly inconvenienced to have to talk to a customer. Tells me she’ll call the man, and that she’ll be there within 10 minutes. A few minutes pass by, I knock on the door again-no answer. Call the mans number again-no answer. Wait half an hour for the woman to show up, no sign of her. Drove for an hour to get to the place and they couldn’t be bothered! Horrible service, and a sorry excuse for a business.
