I bought an X350 John Deere mower at this dealership on August 18,2020. It was delivered the same day but to the wrong address. I had a trade in also but the driver wasn't made aware of it. So after calling him, I went over to the neighbors house and picked up the mower. The driver then came back and picked up the trade in. Today, October 13th 2020 the mower quit working as it would not move forward or backward. Naturally it's under warranty. I called the dealership and they said they don't do warranty work on lawn and garden products in the field so they would need to come and pick it up. The charge for this service would be 120.00. If you're not interested in these kinds of charges I'd suggest finding a different John Deere dealer.

no recommend taking your equipment here. john deere has good products. p&k is not there for its employees and only select customers. responses on these review are not even from a person at this location generic responses from corp.

Very disappointed in my recent experience. P&K had my mower for a week to fix a belt and adjust blades - had to call them for updates. Mower stopped working during the first cut. P&K had my mower another 5 days before determining they missed things the first time - I had to call them 2x for updates. Finally got my mower back on the 7th day. Very poor communication (customer should not have had to call for updates) and lack of thoroughness in fixing issues the first time.
